Pros
Frontier really cares about its employees. They are big on promoting internally and give ample time off/ benefits. I did collections for 6 months and then they moved all Frontier departments away and moved in with strategic partnerships only. Collections was great! I had fantastic supervisors and had a team that rocked the stats.
Cons
The transition into strategic partnerships was a disaster. They hired a supervisor externally and did not give her any product training. Many employees in the sales departments were going to make substantially less money. They started to count me absent and unpaid for days I was there and working! I was to receive a $1.50 raise and it was never applied.
