As long as you are comfortable handling a fair amount of responsibility, I didn't see any cons.

Well-run and growing company with a staff and management team that takes its job of helping ASCs seriously. Busy because of the growth, but that's normal, right? Lots of smart people; I learned a lot while I was there. .

No real cons. Got hectic from time to time, but several new centers were being launched.
