Our management team are exceptionally transparent but use a multitude of communication channels, from weekly MS Teams posts to monthly leadership updates, an internal newsletter, monthly OKR reviews, quarterly department reviews, open doors sessions, and our quarterly company-wide meeting. Individual managers also cascade information through weekly team meetings, monthly department meetings, and 1:1s. Everything is documented and open to read. We would definitely like to understand what is missing, so please reach out to your People Business Partner so we can continue this conversation with you.
