Pros

- easy submission system - good reporting - all training is focused on sales skills

Cons

- the company is run by task masters with no passion about publishing academic research but mainly how to achieve the Bonus of the year. This is repeated daily to all specialist who are only there to get more papers in. - no care for work/life balance - no flexibility - encouraging competition between team members instead collaboration -specialists who have been working for over 3 years have never used WoS or other development tools thus once they leave they won't know much about publishing. - HR is extremely incompetent and unfriendly -no respect for authors and Editors

Pros

The best known local Los Angeles gay men's lifestyle magazine, Frontiers, is a bi-weekly magazine that is distributed at over 300 locations in L.A.and Southern CA. The staff is professional and works well together to contribute to the publication of Frontiers twice a month 26 issues per year. The publication is fun to read and well designed. Frontiers Media sponsors many LGBT events and has a strong presence in West Hollywood.

Cons

Compensation is lacking below industry standards with little to no opportunity for advancement. Slow decision making from upper management can hinder staff.
