Pros

Inclusive culture – The company does its best to keep up evolving with cutting edge technologies. Frontline really prioritize keeping us happy so we can do best both in our work and personal life. Expected to work smart and they care about us a lot. They have opted for a very good insurance policy and which helps a lot in Dubai.

Cons

I can’t really say there is a con in working here. This is my first time working for an ERP software and that was a challenge. Even with past software development experience, there is a great deal to learn more.

Pros

Working at Frontline Information Technology as a Program Manager was a rewarding experience. The company has a strong foundation in the ERP domain, especially with its flagship Horizon ERP, HRMS, and CAFM products. I had the opportunity to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across different industries, including Construction, Real Estate, and Facility Management, which broadened my domain expertise significantly. The leadership is deeply involved and committed to product innovation, with a founder who is both technically sound and visionary. The team is compact but highly skilled, and there’s a collaborative work culture where individual contributions are recognized. Another plus is the company’s long-standing relationships with clients in the MENA region, which allows for interesting long-term projects and a sense of stability.

Cons

Due to its size and lean structure, resources can be stretched at times, requiring multitasking and stepping beyond formal job roles. While this can be a great learning experience, it may also pose a challenge for those who prefer more structured environments or clearer boundaries between responsibilities. Career growth is available, but it may not always follow a traditional corporate ladder – it often depends on taking initiative and expanding your role organically.

Only you learn about ERP System ,and how to work like a donkey.

all useless people are sitting on management chair and they are always haring u, if you work like donkey u r become pet person of company and if you work life a normal person you ll be enmie of company , dont think they are good in any things they are useless people and sucking employee blood like lezerd, gays if you want to losse ur carrier and life join FIT other wise dont join it , no work environment not work standers no technical knowledge no respect to ur wrok and u ,they promiss u big big like politiocn but at time of fulling there prommise the give answer u performce is very poor if u ll not perform we ll fire you , the like to donkey , no new technololy , but they plae to chess Microsoft and oracle but they are seeing there not even work like a small shop , i suggest dont join this company it ll ur biggest mistek of ur life and you ll realize after join this company

This is not the truth which is mentioned here. Probably the employee who has written this review has been fired due to non performance. We must say, your review stinks as much as your English and the grammar. We have our HR Values and ethics intact. Frontline is a performance driven organisation and we do take some unpleasant decision when people do not perform in spite of regular feedback. We respect our employees as much as we respect our work and our clients. We really request you to kindly keep more professional and material for arguments while liaising with your previous organisation as it’s a long business relationship that one should work towards. We as a company work really hardest in our role which cost anything to deliver high quality of service to our client and expect similar from our employees.
