Pros
I'm never leaving again. I was with Frontline for 2 years when I was offered a once in a lifetime job opportunity. I accepted it, as I had the drive to gain new experience to further my career. I cried when I left. I knew I was leaving such a driven, and forward thinking crew. They cared about your quality of life, they believed in team work, and enjoying your time in the office/out in the field. I knew what I was leaving was great, but what's life without a little risk? Fast forward 11 months later. The grass was not greener on the other side, and I was looking for work once again. I knew my seat had been filled by two new people, but news was out that I was on the market for work. I didn't think there would be space for me, BUT in the 11 months I had been away, they had launched two more brands and were expanding their territory. Luckily, this gang understands the value of a strong marketing department, and I was welcomed back with open arms! Now that conquering the world is out of my system, I have planted my feet back into the Frontline, and I truly am hopeful that I will retire here (only 30 more years to go).
Cons
Only 10 days PTO for the first 5 years of employment, and no RRSP program.
