Pros
I have been working for FPG for nine years and counting. In my tenure the senior management team, managing partners and founder himself have been extremely generous. Their generosity extends not only to the compensation received, but in their investment in the training, development and professional growth of their employees. They have always been flexible, sensitive and accommodating with my personal schedule and the type of work/life balance that was important to me. This expansion also leads to opportunities for individuals to grow within the company. With FPG seniority doesn't get you promoted.
