Frontline Selling

Is this your company?

Pros

It used to be a relaxed atmosphere and the people that WERE there were nice.

Cons

Management can't communicate with each other or the reps. Nepotism is rampant and you won't get promoted unless you know the right people. Salary is completely bogus. The high end amount they mentioned exists, but guess where....that's right, the people who know the right person. They secretly pay some more than others. Those good and bad campaigns mentioned earlier, don't think it's random who gets what - it goes back to the nepotism. Certain VP's like to preach about being accountable but lack accountability themselves; and yes, they will tell your coworkers and friends that you were to blame for your failure, when in actuality, management set you up for failure. The software...Staccato...if it were half as functional as they portray it, things might not be so bad, but like the projected salaries....you will be disappointed. Lastly, the atmosphere that used to be enjoyable...now it's like high school - people whispering, telling secrets and making promises behind closed doors (doors are always closed but used to be open all the time). You are expendable and they will show you.

Pros

Awesome environment with a focus on learning and constructed criticism

Cons

You have to sit on calls with clients to do introductions. This can be very time consuming if you book multiple meetings, or Meaningful Interactions as they call it.

Pros

The role in itself can be monotonous but the new leadership team had a delegative leadership style and encourage employees to utilize their creativity, resources, and strengths to help them meet their goals. They dont micromanage, rather they trust and rely on their employees to do their jobs with integrity and grit. Goals are very attainable so pay can be very lucrative. Offers great work-life balance.

Cons

Fully remote position so can feel disconnected at times. Not enough team building activities or opportunities to get together with the team.
