Pros

Honestly the only pro is working at home, and the hourly rate but they have no work!

Cons

The new owner is awful, he never responds to emails, he has no work, he does not care for his employees, he asked us to become 1099 workers, took away our insurance, vacation and holiday pay. It's a far cry from when Tom Frye owned the company. Don't go there under any circumstance, you will be sorry!

Pros

While employed at Frye Claims Mr. Tom Frye was very innovative at keeping his employees very stimulated regarding working at Frye. He did not treat anyone like an employee. We were considered associates because we were assigned three clients and were responsible for securing constant referrals from them and at the end of the month were awarded prizes for the business which had been drummed up. The pay was extremely generous along with the free yearly company trips to, San Antonio Riverwalk, New Orleans, San Francisco, etc.

Mr. Frye had no filters when he did not see things your way.

Pros

Was a very unique place to work at. Tom Frye was ahead of his time and he did not mind sharing his knowledge and people with his associates, as we were called. All 50 associates were responsible for cultivating and nurturing 3 clients at the beginning of the month. The idea was to follow up with the adjusters who referred the most claims and also follow up with the adjusters who referred the least claims The idea was to motivate them by attending to their specific case needs.

Cons

My job came to an end after 8 years.
