1. HR sucks: Fubon doesn't value employers as asset (but a cost), and the HR put most of their effort in buttering up the top management levels instead of in training future talents. HR is viewed as administrative function rather than talent brewers. 2. Cost oriented mindset prevails. Cost > everything. Top mgm level super shortsighted. Never think about innovation, branding or even a better IT system, cause nothing is more important then cutting down extra cost. 3. Super conservative strategy. If you're young and looking forward to something exciting, don't come here.
