Based on my experience, I would not recommend Fugerton to anyone looking for a job, sanity or a positive work experience. Much of what they project is fake, from the fake interviews to the toxic company culture, it was clear that the company does not prioritize the well-being or success of its employees. The promises made during the hiring process were not kept, and the training offered was inadequate, they stiring you along in hopes that you forget, lots of pressure. Furthermore, it seems to me that the company had created fake content to promote itself online, which further emphasized their lack of integrity. Overall, my time at Fugerton was a waste of time, not a positive experience, and I would caution anyone against considering them as a potential employer. I strongly advise individuals to look elsewhere for employment opportunities.
