Not sure of a down side

Flexible work environment. Friendly team. Supportive management. Highly innovative. Genuinely care about their clients and go well above and beyond to take care of them. I've had the pleasure of working with Full Circle over the last two years and have seen the organisation go from strength to strength. A large portion of this is attributed to the passionate and engaged nature of the founders Michael and Garry Pesochinsky. The work environment is filled with individuals who each seek to make a meaningful contribution and assist one another to succeed within their roles. The team culture is one with a high level of responsibility and accountability, seeking to accomplish targets with the appropriate support structures. Individuals are able to work autonomously or collectively given the project or circumstance and contribution of innovative ideas is fostered and welcomed. More over, the purpose that drives the organisation is to help clients 'live life to the fullest' and this ethos permeates the decisions made and actions taken on a daily basis. Great to be part of a meaningful organisation.

A core principle is that they're not interested in just transacting with prospects, seeking to get to know their clients and build lifelong relationships instead. This can be alien to people who have never had that quality of interaction from a business and it can sometimes take a while before skepticism subsides.
