      Pros

      The best reason to work for with FPS is the culture and people in it. We have here career opportunities and compensation alignment along with it. Only few BPOs recognize the human need together with the goal of being a good business partner for their clients, and so far I can say they are really working on being the best employer.

      Cons

      We can say we have a lot to improve on, and we are really working smart on it
