      At 1st year all okey, 2nd year everything change, no superior, superior already resign

      Cons

      Please dont work here either as operator, company waiting to shut down anytime..they will not compensate coz no profit anymore, late salary since last 2 years, senior management bad and bully

      Pros

      Team building is very strong, employee turnover is low, technical experience could then be maintained and improved. Good exposure to overseas customers

      Cons

      Timely and costly to pick up the advance technology for a small company.
