      Pros

      The students are great and I had a lot of support from the parents.

      Cons

      No planning time, too many meetings, too much paper work. I had to take my work home in order to complete it. The administrative staff took so much of our time away from planning by having us sit in meetings.

      Pros

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
