      I receive excellent support at my school. The administration and staff are high quality and dedicated to their work.

      Cons

      It is very difficult to get hired as a teacher unless you went the education degree route. Nurses, engineers, software developers, and other highly skilled individuals are met with indifference when trying to become a teacher. The county level administration often implements policies that are burdensome and provide no obvious benefit.

      You get a wide variety of schools to work with.

      Cons

      South Fulton and Alpharetta are really far away from the city center, and there can be a lot of favoritism in those areas. Paraprofessional pay is very low, and that can sometimes be the only thing that is available on Aesop. You may barely have a break to take your lunch - 30 mins or so.
