This is the type of working environment in which 'helper' and 'fixer' personalities can thrive. We get to help people all day long (and get paid to do it!!!)

The salary arrangements are mediocre.

I have worked for FTS for 20 years and can attest to the incredible changes that have occurred under our new ownership. In the past 2 years, the culture has completely changed from a stagnant, unappreciated, fear-based work environment, to one that promotes positive change, the growth of staff and a place people WANT to work. Though FTS has always been known for providing excellent service to our participants, staff now feel fully supported in this mission. Our current owner leads by example, and is invested in the present and future health of our agency. He is genuine, values open dialogue and is respectful to those he employs - all of which were absent with the previous owners.

We are a provider for the State of Ohio, so the paperwork/reporting process can be cumbersome.
