Thank you for your feedback. We were saddened to hear that you are unhappy working at Fundation. If you are still an active employee, I suggest that you discuss your concerns with human resources who shares employee concerns with executive management as they come up. There are a few claims that you have made in your statement that are not accurate. First, turnover of management is low. Most of our managers have been with Fundation for several years, so this perspective may be based on a particular department or team and not senior management. As you know, we also invest heavily in leadership training for all managers. Second, we have a highly engaged culture and high employee satisfaction as measured by our formal and informal surveys. Third, we never forced employees to write reviews. Late last year, we focused on developing our social media presence to support recruiting efforts. We asked all of our employees to give us reviews online to help us develop our presence on Glassdoor knowing these reviews were going to be anonymous so employees would be free to write what they please.
