Pros
Work/ life balance is amazing! I have worked here for almost 8 years and they have always looked after me and have always given me the space to grow and learn and push the boundaries of the hospitality industry. What we do at fun-lab is unparalleled. Our guest experience is something i love to champion and is second to none.
Cons
Because the teams within Funlab are so collaborative it can take a bit longer to reach decisions. But my standards for any future jobs in other companies are unrealistically high
