You will be exploited. They will make you do things not in your contract. With so many good employees leaving, the remaining are expected to pick up what they can. Expect to work long hours Decisions will be made without heads up from senior management Salary increases are 'impossible' till profit is made Poor infrastructure has led to angry clients Unless you are senior, nobody likes it there Very segregated outside work teams A very common theme on these reviews is too much office politics ( this is very true) Lies are told everyti.e there is a company update. There's never something to look forward to. Its only bad news and aspirations.

Lots of people slacking, a few carrying the whole company
