There is a saying that says treat your employees like you want them to treat your best customers, fuseideas senior management falls completely short on this concept. Employees are thrown more work than they can handle with no support or training, clients suffer and morale is in the toilet. There is no team work just a lot of finger pointing. There is absolutely no respect or appreciation for hard work and people who give their all. There is no room for career growth but you are expected to juggle more than your job description but get ridiculed if you don't keep up. The CEO tells you it's the best year to date, but fails to even give a card or bonus, even tho it's been done in the past. There is no culture what so ever and departments work in as separate entities and fail to support each other.
