Pros
The employees working in the manufacturing, design and print departments produce excellent work, even while meeting the harsh demands of incompetent sales people, including the owners.
Cons
The owners, dave and lorn, are dishonest, lazy and simply do not care about their employees other than their sales staff. They are extremely unprofessional. Extremely disorganized. No training in all departments. Too many mistakes made because of that. Unfair practices. Employees, even experienced veterans, are paid the lowest legal wage and forced to work extreme deadlines while discouraging overtime. Promises are made of worker reviews, perks and fair wages but they are ultimately ignored.
