Pros
Exposure to client meetings only.
Cons
There was a deeply concerning incident involving inappropriate and unprofessional behavior toward an intern after a client meeting by one of the supervisors. The situation involved blurred professional boundaries and conduct that made the intern feel unsafe and uncomfortable. What was more troubling was the absence of a trusted and impartial reporting channel. Due to a lack of confidence in HR’s ability to handle matters fairly and discreetly, the issue was not formally reported.
Additionally, interns are often left without structured guidance, assigned tasks, or proper mentorship, which severely limits professional growth. Compensation does not align with standard internship wages. The workplace culture also feels socially exclusive, particularly for employees from minority backgrounds, making inclusion and integration difficult.
