Knowledgeable bartenders but poor management and unprofessionalism - Anonymous employee Future Bars Employee Review

Management is not ideal. HR lacks the foundational knowledge to handle staff reports of harassment or complaints. No processes written down. No handbook access, anywhere. People will talk about confidential information out loud, in front of other staff. This includes people in C-Suite roles. Very unprofessional. The benefits could be better for the work that people are doing and compensation.
