Pros
As a 'virtual' company, everyone works from home. You can also choose what hours you want to work. Would suit an individual who already understands the basics of lead generation and is looking to become more effective..
Cons
Since the Operations Director left in May, staff now report directly to the business owner. He is vastly experienced in this type of work, and I learnt a great deal from him. However, empathy and encouragement do not come naturally to him. You will need an extremely thick skin to do well here. High staff turnover as there is zero tolerance of failure.
