Pros

Being remote and having the flexibility over your work schedule Given as many clients as you like at the pace you want in the contractor role you are kind of left alone and not micro managed

Cons

The amount they want you to do for the pay is really frustrating can be an nuisance to program and they leave out a lot of exercises from their library Have to have a huge capacity of clients in order to make a sustainable living
