Senior and top level management are motivational, down to earth and present. There is opportunities If you are good enough friends with who is offering the position.
Cons
Unpaid lunch breaks make it feel like a 9 hour day with an early start. management structure unconcise and lack of review of management has made a number of them lazy and unmotivating. retention of staff is increasingly low across departments. Growth is navigated at a slow rate and care for staff is declining.
