      Good commission structure. Quick progression available based on individual targets. Hands on training and support. Company days out and rewards based on targets met. Willing to take people on with little experience and give you a chance to succeed!

      Cons

      High pressured sales environment. Not for the faint hearted! Long hours expected. Hard work. Very high turnover. Low basic salary No autonomy within the role, micro management.
