The Future Focus Infotech is good payroll company. They deploy in the client place. I was deployed in Bangalore Infosys on FFI payroll. The strict background check process was followed. The work culture is based on client company, i got a good work environment. The salary will be credited on or before 7th of every month.
Cons
If you are opting the C2H here, kindly look for long term project (like atleast 1 year or 2 years project). Because when contract is closed by the client company and the LWD is confirmed, the same day FFI also releases the employee, so there is no job security. In my case, i accepted for 3 months project, due to my financial problem, the project got extended for another 3 months and i got released on last day of 6th month. While joining FFI, they assured me that they will deploy me in other client place, but even after multiple reminders, there is no initiatives from company side.
