- During the application and interview process an opportunity is heavily sold to you as a potential employee, but once you start working for the company you quickly discover that the company is not what it’s made out to be. - Highly disorganised with processes - upon starting employment the company gives a very hap hazard induction. From the very beginning you are put under pressure to know everything about working for the company despite only joining the company for less than a week. Requests for knowledge acquisition documents are ignored despite repeated requests and you are given little to no support in understanding the internal workings of the company. - Extremely unsupportive for new employees to get settled within respective roles. - At the drop of a hat you can be fired for any particular reason whatsoever without any formal process or being giving a proper explanation for why you are being asked to leave. - You are expected to complete work assignments without being given the appropriate tools and equipment needed in order to fulfil your responsibilities.
