Great experience - HTML Developer Future Profilez Employee Review

I had a very positive interview experience with the company. The interviewer was knowledgeable and created a comfortable environment for discussion. Instead of focusing only on direct answers, they were interested in understanding my approach and thinking process. It felt more like a collaborative conversation than a formal interview. Overall, it reflected a supportive and learning-oriented culture.

As of now, I haven't encountered any major cons. Every organization has minor areas for improvement, but nothing that stands out as a deal-breaker.

One thing I noticed was the culture. I watched a team discussion and noticed that no one person dominates the conversation. Seeing everyone contribute their own points and it felt like a very healthy way to work together. I really enjoyed that energy.
