Pros

Not a single pros. Very bad salary structure.

Cons

Too much unnecessary politics in upper management. Lots and lots of attrition. They cant retain good staff although you will find employees who are 10 to 11 years old in the company but such people play very dirty politics in the company. Mostly staff is illitrate and dont have the basic ettiquetes to talk to female staff. Personal life goes on a toss. They have a very long shift. And on occasions like 15th aug and 26th jan they expect you to work for 12 hours and they are ready to cancel your week offs every now and then. You will not be able to celebrate any festival if u work in this company coz they will ask you to report to office on every festival. All in all a very bad experience would suggest not to join whether in operations or in support function.

Pros

Best for freshers as they can get insight of whole software development life cycle and one can get a chance to work on each and every phase of software development. One junior developer can also be a part of meetings with business managers and can provide her inputs in software architecture development.

Cons

Technology side there is nothing more for a senior developer as new development would be less and one just need to do maintenance work and bug fixing and sometimes need to incorporate change requests.

Pros

Average 9 hours of work and not much. On paper 8 hours definitely required. Flexi timings.

Cons

Almost impossible to grow since the seniors are all there just because of their age and not knowledge/relevant work ex. There are departments where the seniors dont even know the technicalities of the role they are into. Growth is very minimalistic because, seniors are insecured and company wide avg 8% annual hike, except in few cases (if you know what I mean). Noone even bothers to know and understand what the actual issues are. Even the exit formality is a farce.
