Discrimination, power games and constant criticism - Market Research Analyst Futuresource Consulting Employee Review

Never experienced this much discrimination based on my mixed background. Atmosphere is depressing with managers/directors shouting at some staff and criticising constantly but it depends on the category that you fall into as part of their 3-class-system: 1st - old boys network of privileged people who have been there 15+ years 2nd - other preferred employees (mainly white male English) 3rd - foreigners and graduates - the ones actually doing the work but usually disposed of within 1-2 years
