Pros
Futuris is a company who wants to be agile and more responsive to its customers than are its competitors. I believe management is doing the right things by both providing training and adding the people that the company will need to be successful. Futuris wants to grow and it needs the people and improved manufacturing capabilities to get there.
The company is currently making a small acquisition and appears to be looking at other acquisitions to grow. This creates opportunities for the people here as well as hiring from the outside.
Cons
The CEO changed late summer 2016 and there was some lack on continuity when that happened. He has been working to better understand the capabilities of the people and the company overall, but along the way some (mostly under-performing) people have not been happy because of the changes. Communication from the top was also not great at the end of 2016, but has improved significantly in 2017.
