I started working at Fuze HR almost one year ago. I honestly have nothing but positive things to say about this company. The team environment is amazing. Everyone is like a family here, such welcoming and positive people. The management is always willing to help you. They are our biggest cheerleaders here. Micro management doesn't exist here, which allows everyone to work to their best potential. They always have an ear open to listen to concerns if there are any, and always kind and encouraging words to say. At performance evaluations, they spend their time cheering you on and finding ways to help you continously grow. The compensation package is great. You are actually rewarded for your hard work. No hard work goes unoticed. You move up quickly, and there is a lot fo room for growth as the company is always expanding. Words can't express how much I love working here.
