      Discount on phone plan, thats about it

      Cons

      Payroll is always either wrong or nonexistent. There is no leadership, district and regional managers don't take responsibility for themselves and blame lower employees. NOBODY is there to help you. All employees have this mindset at all times making for a horrible work environment. Nobody wants to be there.

      Pros

      The in store reps were great especially when dealing with everything.

      Cons

      It wasn’t due to Covid, this company is just really poorly run. Their training is not based on Tmobile standards. District Managers and up have no idea how things work in store, inventory, or staffing. Goals change constantly, so does pay. Whenever you get underpaid you have to wait for the next pay day and hope its correct. Since they were doing so poorly before Covid19, they used it as an excuse to stop giving commissions.
