Pros

The company is growing rapidly and building a strong presence in its domain, creating exciting opportunities for employees to work on impactful and fast-paced projects. It offers a good environment for learning, skill development, and gaining exposure to different aspects of the business. The founders are visionary, driven, and deeply committed to the company’s growth. They encourage innovation, value ownership, and give employees the freedom to contribute ideas and take initiative. Good work and creative thinking are recognized, making it a positive place for people who want to learn, contribute, and grow along with the organization.

Cons

The company has talented employees and strong potential, but there are serious concerns around leadership culture and middle-management practices. Favoritism and bias appear to heavily influence decisions, creating an environment where personal connections matter more than merit or fairness. Many employees feel that concerns raised within teams are often ignored or not properly escalated by HR. There is also frustration around the CTO’s leadership approach, as employees frequently experience unrealistic delivery pressure, blame-oriented management, and decisions that sometimes appear disconnected from technical realities. Because of CTO's close alignment with the founders, many team members feel these issues are not fully visible or addressed at higher levels. The organization would benefit from more transparent leadership, accountability, fair people-management practices, and a stronger focus on employee trust and collaboration.
