Pros
Strong, healthy culture with genuinely relaxed, respectful management. Flat hierarchy in the real sense — very little finger-pointing or politics Great benefits and overall work conditions. Very flexible work setup: I joined during COVID fully remote; later, office visits were optional and never mandatory. International sales team with colleagues across locations: great spirit and collaboration.
Cons
Processes and structure were still being built, so many things felt ad-hoc. A side effect of the very flat hierarchy was that mentorship/supervision could be inconsistent, at times, nobody was clearly owning processes, or coaching, alignment, or follow-through until issues escalated. During the merger/acquisition and leadership changes, parts of the C-level leadership felt unevenly engaged, and (lack of) communication left people in uncertainty for too long (this was a key reason I left).
