Mandatory availability to work during Thanksgiving and New Years and during December. No Health Insurance.

Great variety of clients and castings, paid W2 most of the time in 2 weeks.

Agents don't really build relationships with their models and send casting invites regularly, bartenders and servers do not receive their tips, pay is not always the industry standard (they should be paying at least $20-$25/hr to someone of my experience and skillset but still send $15/hr events my way which is disrespectful and delusional).
