I've been with the company for a little over a year now and love it here. I joined right after graduating college and so glad that I did as they made the transition very easy. Everyone at the company is super nice and helpful, made learning the ropes easier since I wasn't afraid to ask questions - even when I thought they might have been stupid questions. Been a good journey so far and excited to what is to come since we just moved over to a new office and heard there is still more planned. Pros - can make a lot of money even as a rookie - good training and development - cool management team & coworkers - good perks, even better if perform well - dart board & pool table in office - dogs are allowed - ceiling to floor windows & stand up desks

Cons - starbucks is right below us so they take all my money
