Pros
Proper training, goes through everything, mostly legal matters to take into account on the dos and don'ts. The process was streamlined and on point. Professional in that sense, upon entry.
Cons
All that professionalism goes out the window IMMEDIATELY upon arrival at a work site. Because managers, supervisors, and other officers with "seniority" can't seem to understand that you will continue to be understaffed at the site with a high turnover rate, if you keep pushing most of the responsibilities on the newcomers and keep giving them overnight shifts without end in sight while you keep all the day shifts. In a work environment mind you, where you need to be well rested, and attentive, energized to do your job well.
