      Pros

      Fridays are still remote. That's it Just that.

      Cons

      The new CEO has effectively killed what was so special about this place. He's fired anyone who knows anything about making our product, development of new innovations, what makes us special to our partners, marketing which was one of the things that made me proud to work here, and taking away the cool stuff that made GAF different.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
