      Racist company - Roofing Specialist GAF Employee Review

      Pros

      Not many. Some of the employees are good to work with.

      Cons

      They refuse to promote within their company if it is a Hispanic applying for the job. They will only hire or promote just enough where they can’t be sued and hide behind a group they have implemented that only segregates Latinos further. It’s an embarrassment and they are a terrible company to work for.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
