      Coworkers are very talented Very competitive pay and benefits Contributing to a "Made in America" sticker The company is consistently a high performer You're allowed to be entrepreneurial and make your own decisions to benefit your plant/department/area

      If you are not the type of person who thrives in a high-stress, high-visibility position, you may find it overwhelming at times

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
