      Pros

      I genuinely liked many of my co-workers. The pay was decent, The benefits were just okay. I learned a lot and had a fair share of opportunities come my way.

      Cons

      Long hours, politics, favoritism. I worked like an on-call employee due to the nature of my responsibilities, but I was not "on-call." Watch your back; if they decide they don't need you, you'll be out. A dedicated employee for more than 20 years. I would have retired from this place... oh well.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
