      Pros

      Good colleagues, decent office, and not a bad location

      Cons

      Most of the jobs are dead end as you managers can't get promoted until their managers get promoted who can't get promoted until someone above them retires. The main issue is the company is very old school and teams are pretty small for size of the company so everyone's pretty busy.

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
