      Pros

      Good pay, good people Severance is good if/ when offered. EHS improving Private company....not tied to Wall Street and quarter end Commercial ops is clean and automated

      Cons

      A lot of changes resulting in displacements / severance. Too much turnover in HR and lack of direction Need more plant recsoures to execute Ops Management / Corp initiatives (like all companies) Residential ops is dirty and hot

      Pros

      Great company with supportive and talented people, an excellent work/life balance, and a positive culture. I truly enjoyed my time there and will miss it, I really loved working at this company.

      Cons

      Some processes and team structures could benefit from further modernization, particularly in expanding Agile adoption compared to leading IT organizations.

      Cafeteria food is decent and the building is nice

      Cons

      This place has really gone in the gutter over the years, hard to see how it will turn around. If you’re thinking about joining, the industry is Good but I’d stay far far away from GAF
