Pros

Gain experience on what a scam job looks like so you know the warning signs for next time.

Cons

The job is tiring and feels like a giant waste of time. Your required to drive to a store and walk around for 4 or 5 hours and asking people there if they want to sign up for cable subscriptions after memorizing a script. The company also changes their name from time to time to avoid bad reviews as well (as well as writes there own reviews on here from what I can tell) . I remember applying to another sales job thinking it was another company only to find out it was just this place but under a new name and website. Last but not least they dont even care much about your background. I remember the manager not even being interested in the the fact that I graduated college and that he just wants someone whose commited. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Pros

Some of the people there are cool, that's really about it.

Cons

EVERYTHING ELSE. The company is an MLM (Multi Level Marketing) scheme. All those reviews that say "GREAT OPPORTUNITY", "AMAZING WORK ENVIRONMENT" or any of those big adjective words is a tell tale sign of an MLM and that it's a fake review to bring up their score. If you're wondering what an MLM is, it's a company that's structured like a Pyramid scheme. You realize this during your first "Pre-Management" meeting where they explain that your "Leader" gets a bonus based on the commissions you make and how once you make account manager you also get to build your own team and earn bonuses based off of how much your team makes off commissions. Those bonuses make it all the way up the ladder to the person who hired your boss and so on. They tell the new employees that they don't hire people with prior sales experience because they only hire good honest people but that's BS because a person would prior sales experience would have caught on that this place is a scam. You're basically working 6 days a week 10 hours a day no overtime pay and you're driving to "events" which are really just stores like Walmart, Best Buy, and Fry's to pitch to people Xfinity to no end. They go after and hire young kids out of high school and college and people who are down on their luck because they know you're impressionable enough for them to mold and indoctrinate into their system. Don't work here it's a waste of your time.
