Pros

Flexible hours International colleagues Easy commute Paid for travel to and from work up to a certain price Free language lessons (they aren't great basically run by one of the employees but they are free)

Cons

Really boring work it's just cold calling so you constantly get rejected and annoy people Bad training for how to call well and little support if you are struggling, so much of it is luck but they would never admit this Bad employment practices they would fire people if they hadn't got a certain amount of interviews in an hour You had to double check your pay especially your travel expenses all the time and the person in charge of payroll is very difficult to deal with. The system they use is old and unreliable so will just crash especially when lots of people are using it. And it's also complicated to use when you're new All your breaks are short and you can get up to 7 minutes of paid breaks within a shift but no more. They are strict about logging in exactly on time and will complain if you are just 1 minute late. They can cancel your hours at short notice and you can end up without work for a couple of weeks or longer. But then they will suddenly want you to work lots of hours for a couple of weeks. Recruitment is also strange. You turn up to what you think will be a recruitment day but it's actually training you don't get paid for and then you give you a contract at the end. I felt a bit backed into a corner if I'm honest. Just a generally bad minimum wage job, some of the Team Leaders were okay but the work is really boring and your job is to try and get people to do surveys which they don't usually want to do. Your hours are insecure and you have to check your pay. I was happy when I found a new job.

Pros

You're on call, you can see when/where they want you a couple of hours beforehand. Most Supervisors are really sweet, fair people. Bonus break coupons awarded by the appointed Supervisor that day/night. A well-respected, truly Global Company offering several different roles to grow into. (Not just the Western Hemisphere and the Phillipines)

Cons

Get a really bad list of phone numbers that don't render results within 2 hours, and you're dismissed from that shift. (your pay is affected.) Oodles of charts and very small lettering (thank God for the colorful highlights) on every email. Ghost Work: chat platform is ONLY you and the Supervisor + Operational Supervisor - you can't send messages to your other "teammates". Misleading scheduling: when hired you are told to set a schedule for the first 30 days and not to deviate from it, that you can make changes after 30 days. After 30 days you are told that you CAN'T change your basic set schedule for the upcoming month, only "request certain days." High turnover of employees due to these factors, and low pay.
