      Pros

      Excellent schedule and they are willing to work with you. Family oriented. Decent pay. Benefits PTO. good hours.

      Cons

      It's rare but there are some people who talk and spread misinformation about you. Lack of communication. Management doesn't tell each other things and sometimes the employee suffers for it. you have to wake early. for some people its easy for others it isn't.

      Pros

      GISD Leadership is not just talk , they definitely follow through with their actions. The growth mindset of adaptability through challenges along with fostering relationships are the biggest assets of this organization.

      Cons

      Unfortunately public education presents itself with barriers that are difficult to navigate. This on top of fast growth and infrastructure that is trying to keep pace can cause mobility issues for students and families.
